SP2010 Table of Contents Webpart Limit 20

Fix:

1. Navigate to subsite where the issue exists. 

2. Click Site Actions -> Site Settings

3. Click Navigation

4. Set a higher value greater than 20 for Current Navigation.

5. Save and close.
